MISSION STATEMENT
Winter Oaks Board of Directors
The Mission of the Winter Oaks Board of Directors is to serve the best interests of residents. We pledge to promote the well-being of the Association by preserving, protecting, and enhancing the value of the asset that is Winter Oaks: physical property, financial position, legal standing, image, and reputation.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
2024-2025
Members of the Board of Directors lead and manage the community and business activities of the Association. They support and uphold the governing documents and work to enhance the lifestyle of the residents at Winter Oaks.
Directors are elected by the Association residents for two year overlapping terms at the annual meeting. Positions on the five member board are President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Director. In addition, two board members serve as Buildings Committee Chair and Grounds Committee Chair. The board meets once a month. As a Board, we strive to make Winter Oaks Condominium Association an outstanding community.
